Manufacturing Solutions & CAD Design

Omnia Design & Manufacturing provides innovative manufacturing solutions, from designs and retrofits to CAD models and product development insights, enhancing equipment profitability. Their expertise covers reverse engineering and transforming concepts into visual representations.

Fabrication/Sheet Metal

Omnia Design excels in sheet metal manufacturing, offering diverse cutting options like plasma, laser, and water jet for precise specifications. With in-house CAD design and welding capabilities (MIG, TIG, Stick), they ensure high-quality results for various materials. They provide efficient welding services for new parts and repairs, focusing on manufacturing, food processing, and packaging applications (onsite welding not available).

3D Printing

We offer 3D printing in PLA ABS, Nylon and other materials for complex shapes, prototyping, and short run plastic parts

Post Processes and Finishes

Omnia Design offers comprehensive post-process solutions for precision and finishing. They collaborate with partners to provide turnkey solutions, including hardening and precision grinding for demanding applications. For finishing, they work internally and externally to deliver a range of options, such as painting, anodizing, powder coating, zinc plating, black oxide, nickel plating, and chrome plating, tailored to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
